Welcome to Sea Island Savory Herbs’ Recipe Page! Scroll down to see our current collection of meats/poultry, appetizers, desserts, side dishes, vegetable dishes, fish/shellfish and miscellaneous recipes using everything from fresh herbs to edible flowers. We will change this collection with the seasons to help you take advantage of what is fresh in your garden and local farmers markets—so make sure you check back regularly! We will also feature simple recipes for the *beginning herb enthusiast as well as more advanced ones for the herbal gourmet. Executive Chef Bob Waggoner of Charleston Grill has been kind enough to share his recipe for Lobster Tempura with Lemon Grits with us! If you have had this at the restaurant, you know how fabulous this dish is, so give it a try.
